In all fairness I should warn you that is a pretty long list and some things have been on the list for so long that they no longer need tending to because time has taken care of whatever the problem was in the first place, and some things just get so far down on the list that they no longer have hope of actually getting done. That doesn't mean that there isn't a chance, however, because there is no rule to the order of the list, and occasionally things from the bottom of the list do get tended to. :o) Such is my world, I do have 4 kids and a husband who works offshore after all!
I have been working on a couple kits the last couple of days. But with the sick one home and hubby here, I haven't really gotten anything finished up. A couple are pretty close though. Allie went the whole day today with no fever and was up and about with no complaints, so I have declared her well, and she can go back to school tomorrow. Yay! She is pretty happy about it. She wanted to go this morning cause she said she felt so much better and didn't have a fever, but I told her she had to go the whole day fever free before it was safe to go back to school.
I am going to get my hair permed in the morning!! I am so scared! I want it all wavy and not quite curly. Like this:

A friend made the appointment for me and is going with me to get it done. She says this girl is really good, and won't mess my hair up...LOL! I just don't wanna wind up in a baseball cap for the next couple weeks! I am so paranoid about my hair winding up a mess. That's why I went for so many years with it just long and straight, cause you can't mess that up. The most that could happen was someone trimming it more than I wanted. I have gotten a little braver in the last couple years, and I am ready for something different. It is just hair after all. That is such a bogus statement! It's my hair!!! It's out there for the whole world to see, and if it looks like crap I am so gonna be miserable!! But I am gonna do it, and my friend is gonna go with me for moral support, and to keep me from chickening out...LOL!!!
I do have a goodie for y'all this evening. I made another brag book from one of Anita's kits. I used the totally cool kit for this one, and you can bet I'll be making one with her newest kit also. It is SO pretty!! Click the preview to snag it, and feel free to share this with others, but send them here and don't hotlink to 4shared. (this link is no longer active. This BB has been moved over to the store at SCRAPDEBRIS for only $1)

Gonna be in and out the next couple days, but promise more freebies on the way....
Penny :o)

Thank you! Your blog post will be advertised on the DigiFree Digital Scrapbooking Freebie search engine today.
I just don't know how to thank you. Your bragbooks are totally awesome. My family raves about the BBs I am able to give them because of you. You are such a blessing.
I would love to have hair like in the photo - guess I am out of luck though. I have short fine hair. It would take a year for my hair to grow that long to begin with and I am 70 years old so don't think it would look too cool on this old gal. Guess I'll just stick to my tried and true wash and wear style (which involves a very soft perm every 3 or 4 months).
Thanks for the great brag book pages! Good luck with your "do", I'm sure it will look great!
Thank you again so much for another lovely brag book. And best of luck with your hair. Please post a picture of your new "do." I'm sure it will be lovely. I hope you find that right place for all your new furniture and that your whole family is healthy now. Thanks again.
You make the cutest brag book pages! Thank you so much for sharing and best of luck with the perm. :)
Penny, your brag books always brighten my days. You turn Anita's wonderful kits into even more treasures for us and you share so lovingly.
I can hardly wait to see a pic of your new perm. I am sure it will be BEAUTIFUL.
My hair has always been naturally curly and I hated it growing up. I was young when ironing your hair to straighten it was popular and it did NOT work for me. LOL
Now I am 62, it's silver, and short, but everyone tells me how pretty it is so I am content to grow old gracefully. LOL
Thanks again, hon, and Hugs!
Thank you so much! Love it!
This brag book is great, thank you. I've been stuck in the long and straight for years now. I just don't normally like to be fussy with my hair. I love, love, love the hairstyle you picked. I hope you do too, be sure and update us.
These are just awesome Penny, thanks so much for all you share! Glad Allie is better and can return to school. Hope your hair turns out exactly how you want!

WOW! I just came across your blog while I was looking around http://rainbowkittysplace.blogspot.com, I'm glad I did. Your stuff is great!! You are very talented, I will definitely be visiting often. Thank you so much for sharing your freebies. Hope your perm turned out the way you wanted. I too have had straight hair all my life, I would love a change but just not brave enough yet.
